this past week has been the most hectic thing ever.
too many hours spent at the station.
too little sleep in a series of days.
too much stress over a stupid collection of paper that no one will even read.
and the wierdest thing,
i absolutely love it.

ive been thinking slash talking (because thats basically the only thing im good at...) about how much i love my life. i think ive already had one of these posts where im like blah blah i love my life. its so grand. whatever. but really now, its so amazing. my job at the station is so much fun. yeah, its so much stress slash work but its something that i love and im really happy doing it. the people that i work with me are amazing and they are starting to actually become my friends.

last night was our sonic youth show which was basically the big event that we had on our plate. i felt that it went pretty well. a lot of people showed up which was great minus the fact that they turned a lot of people away. i passed kxlu swag out to people in line and i think they ended up hating me. i also went on stage before sonic youth to throw shit out and i think it was the most awkward slash terrible thing ive ever done. after we all went to the party that the event people had put on and had free food and free beer. cool. overall it was a grand night and im so happy.

its wierd because yeah, ive been so happy lately and i feel like i should be a little sad, or something. ok so that didnt really make sense but i guess i just think its weird that im so content. the other day some asshole said something mean and i totally broke down. then i started crying even more, not because of what he said, but because i was upset and i didnt enjoy it. i talked to greg and we worked some stuff out. but man. its odd to not know what it feels like to be upset.

so, i dont really have anything else to post about.
